Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Free shipping on all orders over $300. Orders under $300 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Shipping is available within the United States. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund of the affected item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number and a photo of any damaged item when contacting us so we can resolve the issue quickly.
